  Within my role I am responsible for providing a high level of customer service while ensuring tenancy compliance and estate management are managed to help maintain sustainable communities. The role includes providing, advice, guidance and support in relation to the terms and conditions of the tenancy's we offer, this includes issues relating to property condition, damage, anti-social behaviour / nuisance, pets, ways to move including transfers, easy moves and mutual exchanges while using a wide range of communication methods. I am required to carry out home visits, viewings and sign ups, estate inspections, estate improvements, and investigations into tenancy fraud and anti-social behaviour ensuring details of all contact is documented, along with representing the organisation in any court proceedings should it become necessary. I am proud to have successfully achieved the first garden injunction within Circle Housing, Roddons. As an organisation we strive to provide the very best homes and services that we can, and I have actively participated to explore and improve service areas resulting in substantial cost savings, examples include: voids and lettings process and the grounds maintenance mapping.
