  As Letter Writing Team Leader I am responsible for managing the Letter Writing Team and EPALS for Soldiers’ Angels. I ensure proper level of oversight and support for group leaders and volunteers. Maintain and update all team members in the Angel database. Offer volunteer recognition, incentives, and promotional products to ensure volunteers receive the best available support for the work they do. Communicate stories, pictures, quotes and team statistics to Online Communications Manager. Create a positive environment where two-way communication and strong trust are established.
