Jeff Sorenson

Debbie is an excellent course developer, Facilitator, and Educator. We worked together from 1998 until 2007 and during that time we developed and delivered training courses on Lean Tools (One Piece Flow, 5S, TPM, OEE). These courses were well received and given high marks for educational content and information. Also during that time, she was instrumental in bringing WorkKeys to our facility, which improved the quality of our workforce. Debbie would make a fine addition to any company looking for an Educator, Course Developer and Trainer.

Lauren Knauth

Debbie is an excellent instructor and coworker. She is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of adult learning, training, and course design. It was a joy to facilitate courses with her. Participants responded well to her facilitation style, experience, and knowledge. She was an asset to our team and company.
