Additional responsibilities are to… Show more This approximately two year old organization spent over a year in R&D to bring it’s disruptive and revolutionary products to market in the second quarter of 2019, primarily focusing on the Wastewater and Enviromental Industries. The US SE Sales VP is resposible for not only developing a new book of business but leveraging my current book and contacts into immediate sales while concurently building and managing a team of District Sales Managers in 4 states. Additional responsibilities are to create new sales leads, strategies and markets. Develop relationships with Government Officals to bring an understanding of our green products to both business and governement. I found new niche sales opportunities and markets by researching industy specific groups who would be interested in our market changing products. • I leveraged my current book of Business and Contacts to immediately and dramatically drive sales and revenue growth, which accounted for my customers accounting for 41% of company–wide closed sales during my second month. Also, performed cold calls and sought out Internet leads to close business. • Researched, Recommended and Attended Industry Specific Trade Shows and Conferences, providing initial name recognition and valuable leads that resulted in closed sales. • Due to the Start-up status of the company, I was tasked with providing input and aide to choose a CRM and write Sales policy and procedure manuals. • Used my initiative to implement QuickBooks to manage this start-up company’s sales leads and quotations, since no other software system was in place or provided. •I provided the Company with more than 700 sites in which to sell their products, a 400+% increase. • Worked with the Internet Marketing and Social Medial Groups to initiate personal contact with Internet inquiries, which resulted in closed sales. • Position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent written & communication skills, teamwork, and strong customer relations.
