The George Patterson Advertising Group was part of Bates Worldwide and was one of Australia's leading national advertising company's. In this Head Office position I liaised directly with the Executive General Managers, presenting opportunities to negotiate efficiencies across multiple areas within the group to create a centralised buying group. I was also responsible for the Group's superannuation, general insurance, credit insurance and payroll taxation matters and was payroll manager for the Group companies operating out of Sydney and Melbourne - payroll of approx. 850 staff.

In this position I was working as part of the senior management team reporting directly to the Group MD, Group CEO and the Board and was responsible for all finance and commercial matters for a group of 6 Advertising companies including Recruitment, Healthcare, Direct Marketing and Internet advertisers.
