      Developed into a heavily oversubscribed, high achieving, comprehensive school of approximately 1800 students and 350 staff. During Debbie's leadership Coundon Court went from strength to strength receiving glowing Ofsted reports. As a result of the school's successes Debbie was invited to a reception for outstanding headteachers with the right honourable Gordon Brown and also a reception with Nick Clegg and Ed Balls. The School achieved a number of awards, in particular, Midlands School of the Year (2013) by the Government for its use of Pupil Premium funding. Show less
