She taught me so much about the industry and brought a great sense of pride in how the Dealer Operations department fits into the industry and our company. It showed daily in how well she presented and articulated herself with other departments. She always treated me fairly and with an approach of always looking to help me learn and grow. I don't every recall an instance where she took a condescending tone and made me feel inadequate. I'll always be grateful for that, and for the great start at Hino Trucks I had thanks in large part to Debbie's direction.
