      Charlotte, North Carolina Area I am still processing warranty and fleet claims as I have done for over 20 years, but now its is on a different type of vehicle. The company I now work for sells and services handling lift trucks such as forklifts and several different types of lift trucks. The process is still the same but I am still learning the different types of units. Its is good for me to be open to learn challenges daily and expanding my knowledge, but my heart is in automotive.
