Debbie worked for me in Logistics Engineering at KSC in the design, development and operational fielding of GSE for support of the ISS. At the time, she was a one-of-a-kind Logistics Engineer with a real Packaging degree! This was critical to KSC, as well as the ISS Program, in insuring we had all the requirements identified to properly handle, package, and ship critical hardware safely by all modes of ground transportation, as well as into space via international vehicles. Her expertise was critical as she integrated numerous product teams, developed program & KSC plans, and provided engineering packaging specs ensuring the operational capability of ISS hardware on orbit. Professional, dependable, and always proactive! She has continued her exceptional support to the program at JSC where she insures timely and accurate integration of hardware with all payload developers.
