In the Client Account Maintenance function of my role, I led the comprehensive day-to-day operations & administration of outsourced disability management account services to effectively maintain & expand 6+ cross-sector client account relationships including Fortune 500 leading pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis. Additionally I directed the operations management & business optimization processes the workflow, staffing & work schedules to ensure efficient productivity & attainment of performance metrics while also creating critical standard operating procedures (SOP) for the NJ office location. In the Human Resources capacity of my role, I functioned as a HR Business Partner with corporate headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee (TN), and successfully directed & implemented corporate HR processes in our NJ office location including talent acquisition, staff development & performance management procedures as well as full cycle recruiting efforts and a new hire orientation and onboarding program.
