Graham Bowman
An excellent Trainer and Facilitator that I would commend to any prospective clients.
Malcolm Conway
As a student who participated in Debbie’s ‘Training & Assessment Package for Indigenous Adults’ project, I found Debbie to be a very thorough, understanding and passionate facilitator. Debbie’s presentations were friendly and open, always focused on the topics, taking into account the needs and abilities of all her students. She also showed a genuine concern and understanding for her students. I, too, would have no hesitation in recommending Debbie for enthusiastic, enjoyable and successful Training & Assessment programs.

The end of another adventure. Navigating the 'Pit 2 Port' production of magnetite concentrate The last six months have been a roller-coaster for my professional and personal development. FIFO to Cape Preston and the CITIC Pacific world of mining. A sharp learning curve in mining and the Apprenticeship/Traineeship process, the pitfalls of working with Government funded programs and the highlights of trainees completions. I'm 'hooked on rocks' I also worked with Etas Group existing clients to create sustainable, ongoing partnerships that continued to evolve and meet quality training outcomes. As a strategic partner, I acted as a resource for organisations to keep in touch with developing industry trends and knowledge of the VET world. Through our Traineeships I was able to provide clear steps for workplace and career progression, working with in-house Trainers and Managers, developing training plans that increase employee retention, satisfaction and productivity.

I am a Educator and Facilitator of Professional Development and Vocational Qualifications in Management and Training. Educators, "educate," and the root word is "Educe, which literally means "to bring out." this is what I do.The root word of "facilitate," is "facile," or to make a process "easy." So together I explain information and processes in the easiest way to bring out the best in my participants.-------------------------------------------------------------------I have been designing, implementing and facilitating Training and Development strategies for the last 18 years, having worked in education, business, retail, logistics and the hospitality industries. All my teaching and facilitation is interactive, fun and the lessons learned are transferable to the workplace. The feedback I receive confirms that I get a higher level of knowledge retention and repeat business, I am told this is because of with my relaxed style, and ability to create a safe learning environment, for everyone to participate. I have extensive experience training different cultures and levels within organisations and community groups. I have coached and mentored managers to develop skills and knowledge to become better leaders and are more motivated to understand their people.
