I have known Debbie for 8 years and had pleasure working with her as part of the onboard HR training team. I would then liaise with Debbie frequently when she moved up to supervise the fleetwide implementation of some marine safety initiatives and I must say that she is a very organized, reliable and dedicated individual. Debbie is a great training professional and an excellent communicator with vast experience in project management and learning and training programs implementation. Debbie builds a great rapport easily not just with her team and peers, but also with other co-workers at various corporate levels. She is helpful, easygoing and was a true pleasure to communicate and work with!
