Debbie easily re-invents herself to succeed in any role. I initially Debbie as a product manager where she grow to take over management of our endpoint security portfolio. After changing companies myself, I hired Debbie into the team that was responsible for all aspects of endpoint management. Debbie was a key driver to maturing our business management. She took upon herself to learn best practices, established proper management and compliance processes, and transformed herself from a technical contributor to a business analyst role. Due in large part to her efforts on both usage analysis and license optimization, we reduced year-over-year software costs significantly (in the millions). Debbie is warm and friendly, speaks her mind, always seeing the positive side of life, and driven in all she does.

In my professional career it is rare to find someone that has such enthusiasm in what they do. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Debbie Davis on a NASA contract and she has proven to be a tremendous asset to the contract and overall organization. Debbie’s personality is endearing and she truly loves what she does and it shows. She is organized, diligent in her responsibilities and clear on the customer’s mission and vision. Debbie is also a good communicator, problem-solver, and a critical thinker. She can create requirements specifications, analyze requirements, create visual models, facilitate elicitation sessions, and use the necessary business analyst tools. It’s not just enough to know the function of your job but to be able to execute it flawlessly and enjoy doing it. Debbie is an integral member of the team and most importantly, she is consistently positive…something we all need. I highly recommend her for a Business Analyst position.
