I've had the pleasure to work with Debbie for the last decade. She was the first person I called for help when I starting my new company. She immediately rolled up her sleeves, got in the trenches, and made a huge impact. She ended up building, scaling, and leading three different divisions, exceeding her targets year after year. Debbie is not only creative, dedicated, reliable, and as hard working as they come, but she's even more of an amazing person. Her unselfish commitment to the mission and the team is unmatched. She has the rare ability to uplift and motivate a team even during the most challenging times, a huge asset for any team, especially when trying to create a culture. Debbie definitely knows how to get things done and I highly recommend her to any company looking to add great talent to their team.

I am not sure I have enough positive adjectives in my vocabulary to explain how wonderful it is to work with Debbie. Her positivity, her spirit, her get stuff done attitude - it is contagious. It has made me push myself, and not settle. In the chaos of dozens of Slack channels, Debbie found the time to make a Daily Encouragement channel for her and others to share a quick "pick me up". If Debbie is in a meeting, I know that will be the best meeting of the day. It might sound absurd but that's only if you haven't met her. Truly one of the kindest, down to earth, easy to work with people I've ever met. We've worked on several projects together, and she is always great about communicating and helping move the ball forward. It's easy to get "lost" in being busy, but it always seems like even on the most hectic days, Debbie is able to find time for you. Not only does she find the time, but she meets you where you need her and truly knows her audience.
