Conceptualize seasonal stories and produce inspirational visuals that convey multifaceted designs for all collateral including catalogs, loyalty, and promotional programs from concept to final release. Responsible for the overall styling of photography and video for multi-channel campaigns across print, web, and social. Art Direct in-house, studio, and location photography for both on-figure and stills. Create style guides, shot lists, select talent, props, attention-grabbing surfaces, and design flexible sets while remaining within tight budget parameters and strict time frames. Research seasonal trends and competitive spaces, generate and present concepts, style guides, mood boards, and color stories. Work directly with a copywriter to enhance the right style, tone of voice and create a buzz with expert advice, stylist tips, and hot-now moments. Final execution resulted in a 6% increase in sales and 91% redemption of rewards. Joined forces in the design and execution of CVS/pharmacy's first ExtraCare loyalty/card program.
