Like many other student workers at Oneota Market, Debbie trained me too starting from first day at work in August 2007. She effortlessly created a warm and friendly environment for all of us to work in. This ensured high efficiency even during high stress intervals. Deb made sure that all regulations and policies were clearly stated and followed at all times. She lead by example. I worked for Deb at Oneota for 4 great years. Through her I was able to inculcate the values of team work, punctuality, and discipline. Her training, leadership and management has helped many other workers as well. Given her experience she will always make a great leader and manager.
