 Responsible for supervision of 24 machine operators. Responsible in assisting in monitoring issue trends, escalating such trends to higher management to determine appropriate actions necessary to eliminate future occurrences and improve service levels. Detect new fraud trends through deep analysis of data and present detailed analysis of data on a regular basis to management. Providing analysis and feedback to management staff and appropriate departments regarding recurring problems, recommending improvements aimed at reducing future occurrences of problems. Participating in creating, administering, and continuously updating procedures for resolution of all related issues. Maintaining Client data security. Responsible for providing development idea of two automated Fraud Management Systems to streamline fraud detection. Responsible to providing training to new joiners and team member on new fraud trends.
