  Duties and Responsibility: - # To lead the QA Team in here. #To establish Quality Management System (QMS) in the factory. #To develop a new factory as per Customer agreed. #To establish Product safety in the factory. # Audit Technical & Product safety issue. #Factory Evaluation. #To maintain direct communication with David-Howard (UK) Office and local factories and local supplier for necessary support. # Monitoring fitting of samples from Development to Production. Technical advice and guidance for correction. # Monitoring and maintaining David-Howard standards on Bulk production. # Decision making to commercial standards of all factories of bulk production, fabric and accessories if necessary. #For Knit item advice factory to develop lab-dip and print strike off and after approval ask to make sample fabric and send the fabric for testing. #Advice factory to make style sample and pre-production sample with the basis of original sample or make sheet/work sheet. #After receiving the pre-production sample comments, hold a pre-production meeting with the related people. #Check factory file containing specification and approved comments and they have the approved sample and trims. #Check the factory is doing an organized inspection of all raw materials. Say fabrics, interlinings, buttons, labels, hangtag, Kimball tag or other attachments before they are used in production. #Carry out in-line inspection in each factory and each production line, check operation by operation the following points: - Garment construction is as per our sample specification. All measurements are correct to the latest approved measurement specification. All machines setting are correct for the fabric and style.Operator handling is correct. Correct fabric and trims are being used. #Checking out pre-final inspection at various stage of packing . #Carry out final inspection. #Monitor the production status. Show less
