Debarshi is truly passionate about his work, a UX expert and a good programmer, always encouraging and has a creative, positive outlook.he is extremely ambitious and eager to learn as much as he can absorb. I would consider him a valuable asset to any creative team.he's a pleasure to work with. He’s the best!

Recommending someone you know briefly is an easy job,if that someone excels at a designated field, the job becomes much easier and it certainly is a happy obligation.I don't really know the gravity of my recommendation, but all I can say is "This guy really knows his business." No need for masquerading, but to say that he is a good coder would be a gross understatement. One of those rare people who has immense thirst for cognizance in his relevant field of work, not dwelling on a particular technology at a time..has the knack to knock on forbidden doors and sail upstream in work.If you ask me whether he is a "master coder",then I'm in no position to estimate that, but in the classic sense of the word,I'd bet for it to be true. A lump of coal that can be turned into a real diamond, trust me readers,Debarshi can be an asset to any organization.Only one thing though, being in a team with him is really frustrating as he completes all the work by himself :) !! Having said these,I don't really need to wish anything for him as I am rather presumptuos that he will surely reach his zenith in his time,I just hope he remains the lovely person he is when the time comes.Enough being said, cheers for the times to come mate!!

• Working on ReactJS & Typescript to create a new Content Management System which works on both desktop and mobile devices. We are mostly using React JS with hooks. But in few cases we are using Redux also. Overall we are following a strict typed code using Typescript, which has helped us to reduce runtime errors. • I take charge of defining Technical Architecture of Web Applications from the requirement sheet, also create related tickets in JIRA to distribute the work among the team members.• To test things quickly we are writing unit tests using Jest & Enzyme, E2E test cases using Microsoft’s Playwright.• We have also used NodeJS and Webpack to setup build processes and for running tests.• To maintain highest quality of code we have used JavaScript & LESS linters using Github Actions and Docker, so that code cannot be merged to “master“ branch until all issues are fixed.• The whole project is created inside Docker Container, which makes local development and new deployments very easy.• Reviewed code of other team members to ensure that everyone is following the same code standards and code quality.
