Deb was my primary contact person and was extremely helpful in co-creating a very open, transparent and data-driven process. She facilitated a staff focus group to solicit feedback on issues and trends impacting agency operations and ensured critical program and operational statistics were summarized and available to inform the planning discussions. Deb has a very positive ‘can do’ attitude and strives to build communities that are welcoming, inclusive places for people of all ages and abilities.
