I was a student in Deb's leadership class at Johnson & Wales University - Denver, and she made the class a fun and enriching experience. On top of this, she truly believes in getting to know her students and takes their well-being into consideration. Deb is family to me following my time at Johnson & Wales University and her involvement in aiding my family following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. She and her family went above and beyond what many instructors would have done in helping my family and me and words could never express just how grateful I am that she is a part of my life. She taught me not only how to be a leader in the classroom and work world, but also how to be a great leader at home.
