      Took the plunge and bought a well established but in need of an uplift Cookshop and Tearoom. I had 7 part time staff. I revamped it all, won a Business Boost award in 2009 which helped me to set up my own website and consistently won best lunch in North Staffs by a group called Aces. Proactive with instore demonstrations including Malcolm Harradine and Ioshen Knives with the lovely Natalie and even had the Hairy Bikers visit and film some of their series in 2010. In 2011 I expanded and opened a small unit in a busy Market selling mainly cake decorations. Unfortunately it wasn't the best time for retail as we all know now and especially in my town which saw many independents close and being replaced with charity shops.
