During my tenure with Chi Phi Fraternity I was responsible for the following: *Chapter operations *Risk management investigation, sanctioning, and follow-up *Expansion and growth (3 years direct responsibility, 1 year supervision) *National Education programming logistics and curriculum *Supervision of alumni services (1 year) *Staff supervision *Grant writing and reportingMy accomplishments include: *Implementation and staff oversight of the Chapter Accreditation program *Development of and implementation of Chi Phi's Alphas Academy-This was a new program under me and I completely developed and oversaw the program during its first 4 years. *Re-imagining the RLA program to its current focus and structure (the first year I was on staff was the first year this program was held in hotels. The program also saw the change from an Alpha track session to an Executive Council track and specific officer training *Growth of the fraternity during all years I oversaw Chapter Growth and expansion *Decrease of Fraternity Accounts Receivable from Chapters and developed internal protocol for Chapter communication *Development and implementation of the Fraternities new COE program *Field Executive training, support, and supervision focusing on supporting and educating our Chapters *Grant reporting improvements to the Trust to show member growth and educational gains as a result of programming. I also presented with Beth at the NIC Foundation Meeting regarding our Grant Writing and Reporting process and how the Trust uses this information from a fundraising standpoint Show less
