I developed the content on their landing page to effectively showcase the company's services and I worked on multiple targeted blog posts from inbound and potential clients. I planned, wrote and edited each post to align with the needs and branding of each client. The head of production and I completed interviews to gain inside knowledge regarding the company and their customers in order to tailor the content for optimal marketing efforts. I also worked closely with the photographers, the team and I were able to effectively tell the stories of our clients. These stories were later developed to create a corresponding video from the production team. Furthermore, I wrote copy for service proposals that were distributed to potential clients in order to effectively display the services offered, the potential of company growth for utilizing the services and how the price will be broken down for each. As a content creator, I worked with the content team to develop website copy and blog entries to improve the company's new website SEO and promote new product offerings. Copy was also written for each landing page in the Course Library in order to showcase the key learning objectives of each course and how they benefit companies looking to add new courses to their industry training. During my time with Mediasphere, I wrote around 70 blogs in a short 6 months to jumpstart the company's new blog. I worked with the Director of Content to identify key topics each week and develop additional media to enhance the readability of content. The blog content I created was a major influence in improving the company's prospective client base and improving credibility within the industry. As an instructional designer, I researched, wrote and developed eLearning courses for inbound clients as well as standardized course listings. I worked with the Director of Content to develop client-specific instructional courses and identify key subject areas that could be marketed and sold through the Course Library. The process for course creation included researching and curating subject matter, proofreading content and then creating interactive graphics and media. I would map out the content to best deliver learning objectives, write out scripts for any learning videos and media, and then create the course using the eLearning software. Through course creation, I was also the head video creator and editor for introduction/conclusion videos and additional video content. I did this through multiple platforms, video editing softwares, some HTML in the software and animation creation. I developed, performed voiceovers for and edited more than 150 videos for the team and also developed the training content that was handed out to each client. This consisted of videos and carefully curated instruction to give the client a comprehensive guide to using the software. Show less

I took on the Sales Associate role with Nike Harbour Town while finishing my last semester at Griffith University. In this role, I developed key team leadership and collaboration skills. I worked in the Footwear department and consistently studied fitness topics and Nike products to ensure I was delivering the best knowledge and customer service. I also had the opportunity to work with the management and run marketing events during the holiday season, such as Find Santa, where I would hide a sticker of Santa around the store and whoever found it would receive a discount. This increased engagement during the holidays and helped keep customers in the store. Show less

Beginning as a Strategic Marketing Intern, I gained valuable insight into the world of start-ups. My role involved assessing current marketing strategies and developing a strategic marketing plan to develop current client relationships. This plan sectioned current clients into tiers based upon sale, length of loyalty with the company and size of the company. These tiers were each offered specific marketing tactics to improve customer satisfaction and possibility of upset. During the role, I would also use Google Analytics to analyze customer engagement and site traffic. Throughout the role, I wrote content for the company's blog, which covered industry-specific topics as well as technology, events and news updates. I created graphics for the blogs using InDesign and Illustrator and also developed media content for the company's Facebook and Twitter pages. Show less
