I’ve worked with Trader Joe’s for 5 years. This is a highly active work environment entailing customer service and product knowledge. Conversation and connection are huge when engaging with a client. I previously worked at a farmers market for years before Trader Joes where I learned many valuable customer experience approaches. I ensure a good environment in the workplace with a smile and cheery attitude! I have also been put in training positions in my current work, Trader Joes, as I am aptly equipped to show people the ropes and set a good example.
