I was offered the challenge of becoming the Contract Manager for Mitie on the DX Network Services Contract of which i stepped up from the role as a CSM and have took the challenge.• Full responsibility for the service delivery of all facilities management services provided to the client including Monthly PPM’s, Cleaning, Waste, Security etc.• Meet contractual and budgetary requirements of the contract.• Manage forecast of WIP and debt, and drive to meet and improve on financial targets.• Provide monthly management report.• Provide monthly client report.• Ensure that operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on all sites covered by the Mitie regional teams.• Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.• Manage and agree with client all Capital and Major works programmes.• Build internal relationships with other areas of Mitie.• Build external relationships with the client.• To manage a team for the sites, including appraisals and succession planning.• To carry out site audits for all clients sites.• To ensure a consistent and high level service delivery throughout all sites.• Work closely with the clients and client teams.• Identify any areas for improvement in the delivery of services and implement changes as required.• Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.• Ensure that all H & S guidelines and regulations are followed.• Manage subcontractors on all types of jobs.• Mobilise new sites with the client.
