Here are some experiences I can highlight on my resume: • Conduct player evaluations: I scout and evaluate players from various leagues, attending games and practices to assess their skills, strengths, weaknesses, and potential. I use a variety of scouting tools and techniques, including video analysis, statistical analysis, and in-person evaluations. • Collaborate with team management: I work closely with team management to identify the team's needs and priorities, providing regular reports and recommendations on potential players to draft or sign. • Maintained a network of contacts: I built and maintained relationships with coaches, agents, and other scouts to stay up-to-date on the latest players and trends in the junior hockey world.
