I worked with Dean for 12 months whilst Service Director at ePartners. Dean was the Lead Consultant on the AMEC project to design and implement a financial and HR system for its worldwide divisions using AX2009 at the core. Dean successfully lead a team of circa 10 consultants and helped to steer the client's thinking to make best use of standard AX2009 rather than customise unnecessarily. He managed quite complex political relationships with skill, knowing when to stand firm and when to allow some slack. He was totally committed to the project which resulted in a successful series of conference room pilot presentations in July 2011 and model completion in November 2011. He challenges hard and calls it as he sees it, wearing his heart on his sleeve. I would have no hesitation working with Dean again, nor would I hesitate in recommending him for another large national or multi-national lead financial role. He would be as equally suited to running an AX practice.

Dean was a very effective and self motivated Lead Solution Architect when he worked on Project Swift for AMEC. Whilst at AMEC he was required to interact and influence across a broad range of functions and disciplines. He dealt with this requirement admirably and achieved his objectives. I would gladly work with Dean in the future, and in particular admire him for his honesty, conviction and dedication towards delivering what the client needs.
