Building upon 20 years strategic and operational experience: responsible for working with a range of internal and external partners to provide an excellent student housing service and experience for all. Putting students first. Leading the University's Housing Services Divison across four service areas, providing strategic housing advice, soft FM, planning, legal guidance, shaping housing social media coverage and engagement, communications, overseeing the allocation of accommodation for 5,500 new students, overseeing a large education summer visitor programme, helping returning students with Health and other adjustment requests and funding our Residential Advisor scheme, overseeing the private sector advice provided to 7,500 students annually. Client role for new student accommodation developments and oversee contract management functions, including writing nominations agreements. Lead the University's large-scale community engagement and corporate social responsibility programmes working with thousands of residents and politicians in communities annually. We're contacting 7,500 households at the doorstep annually, running a late night street-marshaling scheme and working with partners to deliver an excellent student experience. With partners, we're building one of the biggest on-campus University student accommodation villages in the UK for 2,117 residents.
