Having worked with Dean in the demerger of Tabcorp’s casino business (Project Yoko) I can recommend Dean. His professionalism, content knowledge, drive and pragmatism made for a powerful combination. Dean’s capabilities meant he was able to step into content areas that were not necessarily his core function but that needed his help, and materially improve the situation. Dean’s understanding of the broader business strategy and context allowed him to have the right perspective of the relative importance of things and other executives POV. Last and not least, Dean was great to work with in what was a high pressure and critical project for the business.
