      In December 2015 I was asked to take over the role of Telesales Manager for the team I had worked on over the previous 3 years. The team consisted of 3 Business Development Managers and 2 Sales Executives tasked with identifying, winning and developing corporate business. As a team we generated a revenue growth of over 40% through the first 6 months of the year. Regrettably Sixt opted to relocate the UK Head Office to Germany at which point I decided to pursue other opportunities.

      Initially employed as part of the days team in the Central Reservations Department. General duties included taking telephone calls, dealing with emails from the general public and making reservation. In March 2011 I applied and was successful in getting the nights Reservation agent role. The job roles were largely the same along with some additional responsibilities including running certain maintenance downloads, taking a larger responsibility for emails, price comparisons and phone diversions. During my time working for the nights team my role developed significantly. I was tasked with leading the nights team, acting as a Senior Agent and so my responsibilities developed more into those of a Senior Agent/supervisor along with still retaining my general duties. During this later period I was responsible for training, mentoring and generally leading my team. I was also developed on the side of customer services and asked to work on Customer Service emails along with covering the telephones when needed. Upon closure of the nights team here in the UK, I applied and was successful in gaining a Senior Agent role within Reservations and Customer Service days team, over the next 8 months I worked as part of both the Reservations and Customer service departments taking care of general duties as well as training/mentoring my colleagues.
