  Marriott Crabtree Valley Hotel Renovation N.C.; Complete renovation of an existing 378 room Marriott full service hotel. Various exterior building modifications made, front entry canopy, terrace, fireplaces, fountain, and demolition of an existing pool house to make room for a new 12,000 s/f ballroom. Sitework included demolition of the storm water system and installation of a new bio-retention pond. Complete architectural upgrades, new M.E.& P. systems. Additional modifications to all public space areas including life safety.Louisville Hotel Renovation KY; Conversion of an existing 252 room 10 story Park Inn Hotel to a custom full service Marriott Hotel. Work included demolition of the exterior skin, major structural revisions, roofing, interior M.E.P. & F.P. systems throughout. All new architectural upgrade finishes, and the addition of a 19,000 s/f ballroom and new porte-cochere entrance.
