  Pyramid is an organization that specializes in the recruitment and placement of specialty IT professionals. My role was to assist the Internet Recruiter in sourcing the various search engines and job boards that were afforded us (Monster, Dice, etc.) to locate both actively looking job seekers as well as individuals who may be content in their current positions (passive candidates). I attended weekly meetings to understand priorities and would focus my search on the companies greatest IT needs on any given week. (.net, C#, Project Managers, SAP, Unix Administrators, etc.). Once identified, I would then pass that respective candidate on to a Senior Recruiter for consideration.
