Dean is a very capable IBP Professional and senior Director. In all the organisations I have worked in I have rarely met anyone quite as good across both management and planning. If there is a way to overcome a supply challenge that others would not consider then Dean will find that way. His ability to understand hospital demands and balance production plans makes him a valuable ally to the Supply Chain and wider organisation. His data driven and solution oriented approach made him a pleasure to work with. He is also a good leader with strategic vision and years of experience in the Blood Donation arena. A huge asset to both the Blood service and the UK Government. I would happily recommend Dean to any organisation whether Government or Private sector.
Pete Wright
Dean consistently provides highly effective leadership of complex and extremely dynamic supply chains. He demonstrates outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills that support his sound judgement and decision making. Even under pressure, he leads with humility and a fantastically calm demeanour, which builds huge trust and respect at all levels of an organisation. He has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside and to learn from.
