  As I live with Hydrocephalus since 1971 I can help support this NHS Foundation Trust improve there care, help in the interviewing of potential new Care and Nursing staff, be involved in Policy Construction and Improving the Services for the many people who are living in Essex with Mental Health Conditions. I have worked previously for this NHS Trust 2002-2010 as a Senior Support Worker, but now I volunteer my time and knowledge in help improve their quality services.
