  I worked in the Free State for one year at a dairy farm where I was in charge of milking the cattle with my staff members daily as well as group checks on the cattle (ensuring good health of the animals and no stock theft). This taught me great self discipline and the love and respect for animals and how to manage people and get the best work out of teamwork whilst at work.   This internship for 6 months allowed me to learn the basics of farm work. Where I worked as a laborer. Having taught me how to operate Tractors as well as general maintenance of any vehicle. Being able to plant seeds, irrigation, husbandry with calves, discing of the land (preparing the lands for planting season) etc...
