Oversee the organization and administration of all phases of a successful football program in the competitive Football Federation Tasmania (FFT) association. Manage and supervise all development initiatives for 26 players and one coach in all programs and hold responsibility in ensuring consistency with the Federation coaching philosophy as well as the national curriculum. Manage all aspects of recruiting elite players, including prospect evaluation, database management, and correspondence. Utilise the recruiting database and follow internal procedures for prospective player evaluation. Developed and designed, implemented and evaluated individualised training programs to enhance the overall skills and physical development of players, Reviewed and monitored training programs about its technical, tactical, physiological and psychological merits. Ensured integration and application of the latest in sports science research. Planned and conducted daily training programs. Develop corresponding performance indicators and records for monitoring according to national curriculum standards. Drove FFT objectives of developing the best coaches. Provide professional development opportunities through coaching courses, coach training nights as well as coaching and supervision of state level squads and coaches. Maintain regular communication with clubs through regular visits.
