I liked reading that Dean has continued his personal education beyond college. Too many people feel that they're done learning when college is over - Dean is obviously NOT one of those. Whichever company acquires Dean's services should feel comfortable in knowing that Dean will continue to apply himself in a personal effort to achieve mastery over his responsibilities.
