I have known Dean in a professional capacity over the past two years (September 2011-July 2013) in my role as the K3 English Teacher with Catiline Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten, where Dean was employed as the K1 English Teacher. In addition to this, Dean has previous teaching experience and continues to gain experience while remaining an English Teacher at Catiline. Dean is excellent at relating to and understanding the needs of young children. He has innovative, artistic ideas and creates a friendly, fun environment for his students to learn English as their Second Language. It has been a pleasure working with him.
