    • Manager of Data Processing Operations » IT Leadership
      • Jun 1999 - Jun 2004

Earlier in my career, I managed the IT data processing operations for Accretive Commerce. I brought to the table a keen ability to discover what is important to business leaders, sorting through the “noise” to create and implement strategies and processes to achieve business goals. It was here where I developed a thorough understand of the value of customer advocacy, propelling the complexity of my vision of what it takes for company success into the next stages of my career. __________ Accretive Commerce, a third-party logistics and retail service company, provided operations solutions to companies engaged in one-to-one direct commerce, including ecommerce, customer care, life cycle of marketing, customer acquisition, returns management and fulfillment and logistics solutions. Accretive Commerce was acquired by GSI Commerce in 2007 for $97.5 million. GSI continued to grow its impact in the e-commerce space and was acquired by eBay in 2011 for $2.4 billion.
