For the past 2 years, Dean has been a pleasure to work with. When I say, "With" I mean that Dean always works with me to accomplish goals. When there is an issue, we work together to solve it in a positive manner. Dean creates a positive workplace by listening to his employees, defining a purpose, setting clear goals and using appropriate positive reinforcement. Dean has been successful at building the Indianapolis EVAPAR Branch and I am looking forward to working with him for years to come.

I would highly recommend Dean for his expert knowledge in the Quality field. Dean is very skillful in creating, implementing and follow up of Quality documentation from project start up to turnover documentation required by the client. Dean is proficient as a NEWS Database Administrator along with welding mapping experience and management of subcontractors for NDE required information. Dean would be a valuable asset to any company / project and I would highly recommend him for any position that he would apply for.
