  Snelsons have been involved the aluminium market for over 50 years. We constantly strive to invest in equipment that allows us to service the needs of our customer base in the most effective manner. We have automatic bed and manual spindle mechanical polishing facilities, bright and etch anodising for lengths between 10mm and 3.4 metres, powder coating facilities for lengths from 10mm up to 2.3 metres and a comprehensive array of CNC saws and machining centres as well as power presses, rumblers… Snelsons have been involved the aluminium market for over 50 years. It gives us a unique ability to operate as a genuine ‘one stop shop’ for our customers. We can also offer stockholding of raw material or finished components where necessary, allowing our clients the cost benefits of bulk production runs coupled with the advantages associated with reduced stock levels. This is additional to the service opportunities associated with shorter lead-times. Our longstanding relationships with our UK and European extrusion partners allows us to source the extruded profile to meet your specification where required. Alternatively, we are equally happy to process our customer’s own free issued extrusion.A great deal of what we do relates to markets where aesthetics are key. In such instances, our ability to machine prior to finishing ensures that parts are supplied clean and damage free. ‘High Gloss’ products are stables within our business. We also supply industries such as construction, robotics and automotive, where structural or dimensional integrity is of the utmost importance. On these products we can produce CMM reports to confirm dimensional accuracy if needed. We are equally comfortable producing regular high volume parts, one off contract work large or small and regular small runs of high value items.
