He just brings an infectious happiness and energy to the room which is so important in forming bonds and working together with cohorts across regions. He was always well prepared and leant right into some of the harder challenges that he felt needed addressing because of the course work. His genuine reporting on this, ability to ask questions and share his earned wisdom were a real highlight for me and the rest of the group.
