My role involves writing and preparing board minutes, shareholder circulars, scheme rules, FAQs, shareholder votes, and managing our project management tool called Monday.com. Since May 2021 to date I have already completed or in the process of managing a total of 22 projects. Having exposure to a private company has greatly increased my knowledge of share plans and legal papers in addition to my 33 years of PLC share plan knowledge and experience. Show less
