I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Diana during my first management position in my career. Her desire to be an asset for all of her colleagues, specifically new employees in my case, was not only refreshing but extremely humbling and appreciated. During my first management post, Diana was a marketer for the company, and she constantly provided support to other marketers as well as managers while managing her own very busy schedule. Her expertise in her own position, provided her insight into how her colleagues could grow as marketers and managers as well. During manager/marketing meetings, I was always in awe of Diana's command and how she was able to get everyone on board with her ideas and innovations. It was second nature to her to provide the information necessary to take the company ahead. Her demeaner and how she treated other employees was also very memorable and quickly propelled her into management where she belongs. She is approachable, friendly, and always so very helpful. No matter how the day was going, she wants to end every interaction with the other person smiling and feeling great about the day. As a team member and a leader, Diana has earned my highest respect, admiration, and recommendation and is an asset to any team she is a part of.
