Dave and I had the pleasure of working on the GSM buildout in Knoxville, TN. Dave's radio experience was key to the success of our design team. He made firm decisions on radio site selections and provided clear communications to the leadership team that kept our project on track. His honest up-front approach makes him an easy person to communicate with, and an asset to the team. Dave doesn't "fake it" if he is unsure. He simply outlines what needs to be discovered and communicates reasonable methods to obtain necessary objectives. That makes him a valued member of any engineering team.
