Ich habe Daniel als Scrum Master und Agile Coach kennengelernt. Seine Fähigkeit Teamdynamiken zu erkennen und sie in Team-Meetings, bspw. Retrospektiven herauszuarbeiten fand ich sehr beeindruckend. Er erzog die Leute zu sauberen agilen Prozessen, wirkte darüberhinaus aber auch einfach als Vertrauensperson für alle Teammitglieder. Auf jeden Fall große Empfehlung!

Am meisten schätze ich Daniels offene Art und die sehr individuelle Beratung. Statt konkrete Methoden zur Problemlösung zu empfehlen, hat Daniel mich dazu eingeladen Probleme aus einer anderen Perspektive zu betrachten. Die dadurch gewonnenen Erkenntnisse haben mir dabei geholfen deutlich größere Zusammenhänge zu erkennen. Dadurch hatte ich häufig die Möglichkeit das konkrete Problem zu lösen als auch weitere im Vorfeld zu identifizieren oder sogar zu vermeiden. Ich bin dankbar, dass Daniel mich auf meinen Weg zum Product Owner begleitet und mir Orientierung gibt.
