I knew within five minutes of the first interview that Daniela was going to be amazing. She is extremely organized, detail, oriented and outgoing. She took initiative on several occasions to figure out what needed to be done and make it happen. She kept several complex projects running with a high level of efficiency. At many times I considered her to be my right hand. I don’t know how we would’ve accomplished half of the things we did without her support. She has the skills and talent to grow far beyond project and program management. I can’t wait to see how she continues to progress in her career. She is an absolute asset to any organization, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
