• Serve as the owner and operator of a promotional event company for snowboarders and skiers, conceptualizing and executing public “Rail Jam” events, including securing local and national sponsorships and building the business plan. • Provide wide-ranging leadership while coordinating thousands of volunteer hours, marketing and hosting events, and building the brand through social media short films. • Manage all areas of the business designed to open a tow-rope terrain park at the former Happy Jack Ski Area while also hosting skiing and snowboarding events across the state of Wyoming. • Direct a high-performing volunteer team spending thousands of hours to make the events successful. • Work to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with the National Forest Service, state lands, ski areas, and private landowners to create a rope-tow-powered terrain park emphasizing the best park features and safety. • Drive to give back to the Wyoming Community through a love of snowboarding and skiing and empower the people of Wyoming to lead healthy lives in thriving communities. Notable achievements while in the position have included: - Conceptualized, planned, and executed a successful Rail Jam event in 2023 with 110 participants, obtaining approximately $5,000 in donated merchandise from 14 local and national brands. - Team with recognizable sponsors, including Never Summer Snowboards, CG Habits, RedBull, Phunkshun Wear, Level 1 Skis, Actionball Board Sports, All Terrain Sports, Bond’s Brewery, Khuno Optics, and Rolling Tattoo to host the ski and snowboard events. - Created the marketing campaign, including flyers, that produced a turnout of 100+ people at a rail jam event. - Received a total of $2,500 in funding for the Wyoming Rail Yard event. - Recipient of the John B. Elbogen Foundation Award for Community Impact (2023), John B. Elbogen Foundation Award for People’s Choice Award (2023), and the John B. Elbogen Foundation Award for High School Choice (2022).
