To learn more about us, our capabilities and our work ~ please look here: http://www.culthealth.com/ Current Job Description and Responsibilities: ARTWORK DEVELOPMENT & ADAPTATION - Produces print-ready art files based on the creative concept layout and maintain the creative integrity of the original concept. - Ensure the quality and accuracy of files that are created or sent to print publications or vendors. - Responsible for understanding and establishing universal brand specs, ensuring that consistency of color, print methodology and material is maintained across multiple initiatives. - Troubleshoots production challenges and works with the team to recommend solutions that preserve the original design intent. - Manages minor artwork and sizing adaptations occurring during the production process ASSET LIBRARY MANAGEMENT - Owns the internal finalization and archiving of all brand assets, manages the transfer of assets to necessary clients, databases, and agency partners. - Monitoring and maintenance of digital assets, font libraries, and image collections on department servers and archives. PROCESS MANAGEMENT - Acts as a liaison between design teams - Ensures that all materials and information needed to deliver accurate artwork is received and correct (dielines, print specs, legal (PRB/MLR/VEEVA)) - Flags any changes to scope or deliverables to the proper teams - Responsible for production schedules in collaboration with the Project Managers to ensure production deadlines are met GENERAL STUDIO MANAGEMENT - Provide software based MAC IT and printer maintenance support to teams - Continually train staff on workflows and procedure to expedite and ensure seamless workflows.
